ITC Grand Chola, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Chennai

The staff at the front desk was not only professional but also warm and welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere that continued throughout my stay. One standout feature was the state-of-the-art technology integrated into the room. The smart controls allowed me to easily adjust the lighting, temperature, and even order room service with just a few taps on the provided tablet. It added a level of convenience that enhanced my overall experience. The bed was a highlight of my stay – incredibly comfortable with premium linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail extended to the bathroom, where high-quality toiletries and a spacious shower added to the overall sense of luxury. Fantastic Rooms also excelled in its commitment to customer service. Great breakfast (I highly recommend the cappuccino). Impressive interior of the hotel. Good rooms. Very friendly hotel staff.

Love the ambience and the breakfast buffet, so nice, I spoke with a staff called Ram he was so wonderful he said he was from pondicherry. I told him I am coming after so many years to India and asked for an omelet and he did the exact way I mentioned, very nice person. Please covey my appreciation to Ram

Everything (except what is mentioned below) was excellent. Especially Meghana who gave us a grand and informative tour of the Chola with courtesy, patience and enthusiasm. And we thank you profusely for the cake and balloons as it was our wedding anniversary. That was an extra much appreciated. Simran at the reception desk was very helpful too. And Chola has the BEST public toilets we have ever seen! We loved the grand staircase and the muted marble decor everywhere.

This is the best breakfast spread i have seen in a 5star hotel , nothing like this i saw in Europe , US , Thailand , Dubai or even in India yet . It has live counters , variety of food options for vegetarians and nonvegetarians and the spread is a delight to look at .
